Hotel features restaurant, lounge, swimming pool, workout room, and vending. One mile east at Kellogg and Greenwich are fast food restaurants and Walmart. One mile west at Kellogg and Rock Road are sit-down restaurants in Town East mall parking lot.
2020 (tentative) Winterfest Vendors:
Our festival is located inside the Wichita Marriott Convention Center. The Kansas Grand Ballroom hosts our shows. We have three jamming rooms and a vendor room. The Marriott "bluegrass room rate" is available for Thursday, Friday, and Saturday nights. Free parking. Direct access free parking to the convention area is on the south and west side of the hotel. Wristband passes are available at the entrance to the Grand Ballroom and give you access to jamming rooms and vendors.
In depth workshops on all facets of music. Past examples are banjo, mandolin, fiddle, harmony singing, Apps for bluegrass musicians, song writing, and more. These workshops are announced close to festival time and are free to all festival ticket/wristband holders.
